Close to the airport but chaotic

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, perfect for catching an early flight. The rooms are clean, providing a comfortable stay despite the surroundings.

Check-in was a nightmare. the receptionist was overwhelmed and rude. The shuttle service was expensive for a short trip, and cleanliness could be improved in common areas.

I enjoyed my stay at Campanile Berlin Brandenburg Airport. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing assistance with transport links to Berlin and ensuring the room was clean and comfortable. The convenience of nearby restaurants made meals easy to arrange.

But oh dear, the Wi-Fi was like a moody cat—here one minute, gone the next! And don't get me started on those pricey snacks! 8 Euro for a drink? Really?

A bright, friendly employee in the breakfast area made my mornings pleasant. The breakfast spread was quite good, setting a nice tone for the day ahead. However, the bathroom had a strange smell at times, and I had to keep the door closed to avoid it. The walk from the S-Bahn station at night wasn’t very pleasant because the area felt a little desolate. I recommend taking a bus instead if arriving late. It would be great if they could improve the bathroom's hygiene and maybe enhance the overall decor to make the space feel more inviting.
